“In August I ordered a pair of Julbo Trail glasses. This was a new model, and had gotten great reviews for running. One of the important things I was looking for was a photo chromatic lens that I could wear when running from before dawn until the sun is high in the sky. The Julbo Ultra has a Zebra 1-3 photo chromatic lens, however when the glasses arrived they were labeled Zebra Soft 2 – 4. I contacted Action Sport Optics (ASO) about this difference and received an immediate response, which included the phrase ‘we will straighten this out to your satisfaction.’ That impressed me. ASO contacted the vendor about the discrepancy and once they learned that the glasses had been mislabeled at the factory they let me know. This follow up, and commitment to customer satisfaction is something that is lacking with many businesses, and the next time I am in the need of glasses, or another optical product, I will feel confident in purchasing from Action Sport Optics.”
