At ASO we pride ourselves in superior customer service and FAST turnaround time on orders, ASO orders ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. We do our absolute best to get any order out same day if it comes in before 2PM EST, but all orders ship within 24 hours Monday - Thursday.  Friday orders may ship on Friday, but next business day is the following Monday, weekend orders ship on Monday.  You will receive an order confirmation by email when the order is received and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves the warehouse. To track packages, login to your account and click on "Order Status and Tracking." Select the order you wish to track and click on the linked tracking number. A new window with real-time tracking information will pop up.   If there are any issues with your order, you will be notified immediately and given the proper instructions on how to expedite your order.  Free USA Shipping: ASO offers free ground shipping on all orders over $50.00 in the lower 48 states,  If you wish to have a expedited shipping method, those options are available as you check out.

We have negotiated the best possible shipping prices from both FED EX & the United States Postal Service,  leaders in logistics, which allows us to offer FREE economy shipping to our friends in the Continental USA for orders over $50.00. Shipping costs ARE NOT built into the price of products. If you require a faster shipping method, we also offer other shipping methods such as 2day, 3day, or overnight at our lowest possible cost to you, we DO NOT pad our shipping like as some companies do.



Our relationship with both United States Postal Service & Federal Express allows us to offer you the lowest possible prices available on shipping products to you at these locations at a variety of service levels, during the checkout process you will see a variety of shipping options available to you.


International Shipping

Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. Please note: If you select International First Class as your shipping method, there is no online tracking feature. The number we upload and email to you is a Shipping/Delivery confirmation number. Please allow 18-21 days for delivery with this option. International Priority Mail International & USPS Express Mail International both have tracking numbers that are uploaded and emailed to you. Priority Mail International is usually 7-14 business days delivery although can vary depending on your location. Express Mail International is usually 5- 7 business days but also can vary depending on your location.

No Hassle Return Policy

ASO wants you to be completely happy about the gear you purchase from us. Within 30 days of the purchase date of your order, you may return any product purchased from ASO, unused and in its original condition, to exchange it for another item or for a credit to your original method of payment. Return qualifications: All returns must have a Return Authorization number. The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. No returns on sale items, exchanges only. Merchandise must be unworn and in new condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Any return that does not follow these guidelines or if the return accrues any additional damage due to improper care or poor repackaging may be subject to handling and/or restocking fees of up to 20% of the purchase price of the return. If the order was granted 'free shipping', part of the restocking fee will be used to cover the original shipping costs.


Returning a Package

Before returning any item, simply e-mail us at and request a Return Authorization number, we will promptly reply with your RA# and include any  further instructions on how to return. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number on the outside of the box. No returns will be accepted with a C.O.D. attached.  We suggest you re-use your original shipping box and packing materials. The manufacturer's box must be inside a box suitable for shipping. Do not ship in the manufacturer's box.   For you protection, ship your package via a traceable shipping method. We are unable to refund or replace orders without proof of delivery.  Clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box with a marker. We will supply the return address with your return authorization number.   Please note that returns and exchanges may result in either credits or charges to your original payment method. Generally, you will see this credit within 2-5 days of issuing. Your bank or credit/debit card company however, may take up to two 2 billing cycles to complete the transaction. 



ASO does not offer or issue any warranties on the products sold on our website. Every item ASO carries is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers. Generally, warranties cover defects in materials, parts, and workmanship. Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, and impact are not covered under any warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer as to the validity of the warranty, and to either repair or replace defective merchandise.   If you feel there is a problem with the manufacturing of an item you purchased from ASO, please feel free to contact us for help with resolving the matter with the manufacturer. If it is a clear warranty issue, we may ask that you contact the manufacturer directly, in accordance with their policies and procedures, and for a quicker resolution.
